The inputs are nets for unfolded cubes. The colours are used for their numerical values. Just like a real die for these nets to be valid they must both fold into a cube and have opposite faces add to 7.
Description
The column-2 where the first column is column-0 is supposed to act as a mirror.
The entire input grid will be black initially. Then it will be filled with 4 blue squares placed in positions where there is at least one black square available to the right of each of the blue squares in the grid. The output will contain all the squares black except for the ones exactly one step to the right of the ones that are blue in the input.
